How long should a DRep stay active without voting?

On-chain governance action (Info Action).

This action created on https://preprod.dreptalk.com asks DReps a single question and points at a CIP-179 survey that collects the answers on chain. It changes nothing by itself. An info action carries no parameters and enacts nothing, so the result is a signal.

The question: drep_activity currently expires a DRep after 20 epochs without voting or otherwise acting. That number was set early and has not been revisited against how DReps actually behave.
