How should funded proposals report their spending?

A starter discussion for testing, but also a real question: imagine every treasury-funded proposal had to publish a quarterly spend report. What belongs in it?

• Totals per work stream
• Named milestones, done or not done
• Unspent balance and where it goes

I would add the original budget next to the actuals. A spend report without the plan it is measured against is just a number.
